Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Koncept121 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work with trusted shipping partners, Koncept121 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review and assist with a resolution.
